As part of our mission to promote inclusive skill development and livelihood empowerment, Priyadarshini Organization has partnered with the
Andhra Pradesh Scheduled Castes Cooperative Finance Corporation (APSCCFC) to implement targeted training programs for youth and women from Scheduled Caste communities.
🎯 Objectives of the Program:
To empower SC beneficiaries with market-relevant vocational skills, enabling them to achieve economic independence, dignified employment, and entrepreneurial success.
👗 Training Program Details:
- Program Name: Skill Development Training in Apparel Sector
- Job Role: Sewing Machine Operator
- Duration: 60 Days (Full-Time Training)
- Location: Various rural and semi-urban areas of Andhra Pradesh
- Target Group: Unemployed SC youth and women candidates
📚 Course Coverage Includes:
- Basics of industrial sewing machines
- Understanding garment construction techniques
- Fabric knowledge, cutting, and finishing
- Workplace safety and quality control
- Soft skills training: communication, discipline, and teamwork
- Entrepreneurship orientation and exposure to self-employment opportunities
