Support Program for Children Affected by AIDS, Mental Illness & Disabilities
Sponsored by Rajiv Vidya Mission – Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan
Priyadarshini , in collaboration with Rajiv Vidya Mission – Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, is implementing a specialized support program for some of the most vulnerable children in society. This initiative is designed to serve:
- Children affected by HIV/AIDS
- Children with mental disabilities and developmental challenges
- School dropouts
- Street children and ragpickers
- Orphans and semi-orphans
- Children from extremely deprived backgrounds
Program Objectives:
- Provide safe shelter, healthcare, and nutritious meals
- Ensure access to inclusive education tailored to individual needs
- Offer psychosocial counseling, special education, and life skills training
- Promote social integration and reduce stigma associated with illness or disability
Our Approach:
With the support of Rajiv Vidya Mission – Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, the program focuses on rehabilitation, emotional support, and educational inclusion. Each child is nurtured in a compassionate environment that promotes dignity, protection, and opportunity.
We work closely with healthcare professionals, special educators, and child protection officials to create a holistic care model that helps every child reach heir full potential—academically, emotionally, and socially.
