Vidya Voluntary Training Program:

The Vidya Voluntary Training Program is a special certification initiative supported by the Rajiv Vidya Mission – Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, aimed at strengthening the capacity of grassroots educators and education facilitators.

Implemented by Priyadarshini , this program provides specialized training and certification for:

• MA B.Ed,B.A.B.Ed-qualified teachers.

The training focuses on child-centered teaching methodologies, inclusive education, classroom management, and effective communication techniques, especially for children from marginalized and disadvantaged backgrounds.

Through this initiative, we aim to:

• Enhance the quality of education delivered in underserved communities
• Empower educators with practical skills and updated pedagogical tools
• Promote inclusive and equitable learning environments

The Vidya Voluntary Training Program plays a crucial role in advancing the objectives of Universal Elementary Education by equipping frontline educators to become agents of change in their communities.
